The "Saszka" pocket is used to carry additional equipment (eg medical equipment) without occupying the surface on a vest or belt. It is fastened to the lower part of the vest front or belt with a self-adhesive tape. The pocket has a universal assembly system that allows it to work with vests from various manufacturers, it can be attached to an open tactical belt (eg Pas Operacyjny Plus) or to any tactical belt as long as it have velcro and slots thru which "Saszka" assembly system or velcro webbing can get thru , with 2 loops the pocket can be mounted on belts up to 8 cm wide .

Inside the pockets, there are 5 assembly cells made of elastic tape used to attach small items and a pocket for carrying soft ballistics or a foam insert, fastened with Velcro.

On the outer surface of the pocket, there are two rows of elastic bands, each with 3 fastening cells, allowing for carrying additional items. Between the rows of elastic tapes there is Velcro measuring 10cmx9cm
